  • Guestroom doors are sealed with a “Guardian Care” sticker to indicate that room has been cleaned, sanitize and has not been accessed until your arrival.
  • Easy access and more information on the Guardian Care program will be displayed on the hotel TV channel.
  • Minimize displayed items to be arranged based on guest requests.
  • Guest in room personal safety kit has been stocked with masks and disinfectant for your arrival.
  • Turn down services will be on request only to facilitate minimal contact.
  • Room linen to be changed once in two days or on guest request.
  • Linen, terry and laundry items have been cleaned and disinfected according to current health and WHO standards.
  • All room surfaces have been wiped down using Ecolab disinfectant with special attention to high touch points.
  • Enhanced room cleaning using mist disinfectant sprayers and UV light technolgy ensure your room is free of germs and bacteria.
