  • We have redesigned contactless service.
  • Our reception counters have been installed with plexi-glass dividers to ensure contactless, yet a personal check-in experience.

Temperature & Well-being Checks

  • Body temperature checks are required for all guests and ascociates as they enter the hotel.
  • Guests and ascociates having any signs of illness or with a fever above 37.5 C will be advised to seek medical assistances.

  • Masks are required in all hotel areas.
  • We provide masks in guests room at their arrival.
  • Our ascociates have been equipped with masks, gloves, and other protective gear to ensure the hotel is cleaned for your stay.

Hand Cleanliness

  • Sanitizer is provided in key areas of the hotel such as hotel entrances, all hotel counters, restaurants, event spaces, lift corridors, public restrooms, ascociate’s areas.
  • Washing hands guidelines have been displayed in key locations for all to read.

Social Distancing

  • We have designed all areas within the hotel’s facilities in order to respect the recommended 1.5 m social distancing guidelines.
  • We have provided floor guidelines to maintain strong social distancing starting from the time you enter the hotel and including all counter areas and elevators.
  • Restaurants seating capacity has been adjusted to conform with local government regulations to reduce seating capacities and maintain social distancing of 1.5 m between tables.

Cleaning Protocols

  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing protocols have been revised and enhanced to provide a safe and healthy environment.
  • Regularly sanitizion of frequently touched surfaces in public area, restaurants, meeting room, fitness facilities, and guest rooms is conducted using Ecolab high grade disinfectant.
  • UV lights placed in several public areas are there to promote air quality.
  • Enhanced room treatment using mist disinfectant sprayers and UV lights makes sure your room is clean and free from germs and other bacteria.

Restaurant Protocols

  • New cleaning and hygiene protocols have been enacted to guarantee a healthy and safe environtment for our guests.
  • Contactless menu and a revised buffet service will be offered in accordance with new government and WHO standards.
  • Our new room service protocols will be offered to minimize contact while delivering a delicous meal right to your room.
